Garrett Jandegian is an entrepreneur and investor with more than 15 years’ experience building businesses across property development, healthcare supply, and consumer products. He began his career in import and distribution, establishing Jan Imports to introduce international beverage brands to the Australian market, before co-founding Aqualove – one of Australia’s early alkaline water brands – which achieved national distribution through major retailers.

In 2015, Garrett founded Janco Developments, delivering complex urban projects including The Oxford Residences, a 21-storey mixed-use development in Sydney’s inner east. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he launched Pharma Soul, a healthcare supply and diagnostics company that became a trusted national supplier of certified PPE and rapid antigen tests, supporting government agencies, healthcare providers, and major retail chains.

Garrett joined Astoria Projects in 2025, acquiring a stake in the group’s flagship site, The Bowen at 11 Bowen Street, New Farm, Brisbane.
