About Peter

Approaching 30 years in construction law, Peter Paradise brings exceptional expertise to his role as director and founder of Astoria Projects, the company behind The Bowen's boutique luxury residential apartments in central Brisbane.

Peter's legal career began at Herbert Smith Freehills, where he practised for 14 years, culminating in his appointment as Regional Head of Projects for Asia Pacific. This position saw him managing significant transactions and developing the strategic insight that would later inform his ventures in property development.

In 2019, Peter co-founded Paradise Charnock Hing (formerly Paradise Charnock O'Brien), where he continues to specialise in infrastructure, construction, and mergers and acquisitions. His firm has quickly established a reputation for delivering exceptional strategies to deliver iconic projects that surpass conventional expectations.  Peter was a central figure in the completion of the Martin Place Metro Station which incorporates an entire precinct of luxury brands and developments finished to a high-end detail and premium finishes.

Known for his forthright approach and commercial focus, Peter has become a key adviser to organisations across Australia. His contributions extend to sports governance through his directorship at Sydney FC, where he plays an instrumental role in the club's ongoing success. The Bowen represents Peter's vision for luxurious riverside residential living in Brisbane.
